Cannot start the game

Hi! I've recently bought this game and was really looking forward to playing it, but unfortunately I'm unable to get it started. When I hit play, Steam says it's starting but then nothing happenes. In one topic someone recommended to update the graphics drivers - I did it through Windows Update (I'm running Windows 7, so I even updated to SP 1), bud it didn't help. Is there any solution? Do you need some more info? Thanks! I could wait for the Mac version, but I'm not sure whether my old MacBook would deal with this game.

Hi Goumic, Windows Update doesn't work; you need to go straight to your graphics card vendor's drivers and get the latest ones from there.

Actually... Steam has a thingy that does this for you if you look in the menu.

Thanks for response! Unfortunately I am still unable to run the game.

I downloaded the latest drivers from nvidia.com (there really was an update), installed them (first time the installation failed, so I had to install it again), rebooted the PC, checked the site again whether the driver is really installed ( http://yfrog.com/h4jesp ) and the tried to run the game - and it's the same as before :(

Hmm I'm running the same drivers as you. Is there anything else running on your system or anything freaky about it in any way whatsoever? Can you send me your out.log and err.log files (in user home/.revenge_of_the_titans_1.80)

tried verifying your games files?
right click game -> properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game cache

Well, I tried once again reinstalling the game and now it works. I reinstalled it once, but it was before the update of the graphics driver. Thanks a lot for help :)

The game is epic by the way, keep up the good work! :)
