Doesn't matter, very soon they will be merging the two so it will be one beautifully long list of servers. :D

it will be at the end of the summer. i wish to upgrade my us account so i can't wait till the merge

What you might do is ask NC's support. Tell them that you want to get the Steam sale version, they might have some suggestions.

i think steam admin must answer this question, cause ncsoft sells both version but steam must specify which one i'm buying.
it's difficult to have an answer from support on this matter too!
