Hello , i want to know if it's possible to BAN VAC someone who cheat with a demo of him ?
here a record of him with a status in the record with him STEAM_ID .

These forums can not help with VAC ban issues.

Please submit the actual cheat through support or by PMing a moderator.

You may also report bad behaviour in the community profile.

Isn't the report function only for things unrelated to gameplay, such as a person being abusive in chat?

It's kind of unclear, but I've heard valve staff say that reported profiles may (or may not) be a factor in how closely VAC monitors a player. It has to be at least several reports from multiple sources though, I assume.

That makes no sense. You clearly don't even know how VAC works.

The report profile thing is used to report abusive behavior (offensive profile, scam/phisning attempt), but has nothing to do with VAC whatsoever. VAC does not accept reports from players, it is fully automatic. And VAC does not "monitor players if reported". It monitors for cheating constantly while joining/playing in a VAC secured server.
