New computer having to replay the whole game?

I switched computers and tried playing Risen and they are making me start from the beginning. How can I get my saved game version from steam.

go to the computer you started playing Risen on and go to my documents and then to the risen folder
save games are in there. Risen doesn't save to Steam cloud
Hopefully you didn't delete it
