Combined Ops issue

(This for gamersgate version) I bought the combined ops from Gamersgate and installed Arma 2 and then Op Arrowhead but the Arma 2 content ain't in Op Arrowhead under expansions anyone know what to do?

did You installed them into same directory or not?
if not You need use the _runA2CO_nonSteamOA.cmd
