Hello fellow people.
I can tell right away when you read this my english isnt the best but please bare with it.

I got couple of questions , questions that maybe already got asked before, if you know the answer of the question you can give me a replay. Also if the question i ask is similure you could direct me to the post ,that would be nice of you:).

Okey Questions

1. If i install patch 7.3 , do i need to install the other ones such as 1.3 , 1.4 and so on? - or it is just i install the 7.3 all the other patches comes along?

2. Does Steam support the unofficial Patches ?

3. I got this page from a friend: http://www.patches-scrolls.de/vampire_bloodlines.php , there i can download the unofficial patch 7.3 - Will it mess up the Steam in any kind?

4. When you patching the game is it like when you installing the patch easily, like exampel Dragon age? or do i have to place the patch information in a folder or something?.

5. does someone know where i can read the Patch note for 7.3?

6. If i get the Patch 7.3 installed , what obstical can happen when it get installed? Error's ? any diffrence between what windows version you using? if it is XP user (like me) or Vista / Windows 7 ?


Thats the just 6 of the Question i can came up by the time, i might update if something slips in my mind i want to ask.
If you guys have some good solution or answers please send me replay . At the moment i play with the orginal patch 1.2 that you get from the Steam when you downloading it , i think the game is very uniq and fun so far to play, but i heard the game should be even more fun and intressting when you patching it up.

Update

I installed the 7.3 patch - download it from a link that i found one of your threads.
I installed the patch and it made a folder at the foldermap "Activision" - Should i drag the 7.3 patch foldern to the Steamfoldern their the game "Vampire: Masqurade Bloodline" is installed?

Yes. Or install it again pointing it to the correct Steam directory in the first place which is mentioned in the readme which is shown during the installation. As for your other questions, the 7.3 includes all earlier versions and is compatible with Steam. It is only recommended to start the game without patch at least once and disable automatic-updates for Bloodlines so Steam doesn't revert any changes the patch makes.

You should only need 7.3 :)

There shouldn't be a problem. That is to say, I've had no problems...

It shouldn't do. The only time you'll find Steam and the patches conflicting is if you run a "Verify Files" check via the Steam options. Steam might recognise that the files aren't the original ones and re-download the originals and you'll lose your patch.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, don't worry, you'll be fine. :) If you do know, just don't do it!

You'll have to install the patch into the correct location, but there should be Read Me instructions that come with it which will tell you the folder you need. It's easy, don't worry.

I think there's patch notes on the forum here someplace. I'll check and come back. Here's the link, (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1713845)but it doesn't have the full notes. I'd suggest there will be notes inside the download itself. A Read Me file, prolly.

I honestly don't know. I doubt any errors will occur... Give it a try, you can always re-install. :)
