This uses the alien swarm/left 4 dead version of the source engine (I assume, that is) so I don't believe it allows direct X 8. sorry.

in l4d2 i used direct x 8, so many dino d-day will? Whats the command again?

Run with -dx8 or -dxlevel 80 I believe.
