Defraggler, very useful and very harmless tool.

Defraggler is just a tool that reorganizes the clusters on the HDD that the files are stored in. I use it on my PC whenever necessary. You can run it all day long, even on the HDD that Steam is installed on; you won't get VAC'd.:)
