Ignored. Problem.

So, this is my second thread about the same topic, since the topic was deleted.
I have already pre-ordered Sanctum on Steam and have a beta key.
The game downloaded and I tried to play but an error message comes up.
"ShippingPC-SanctumGame.exe has stopped working"
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Have you verified the integrity of your game cache?
Have you defragmented your cache files?
Have you deleted the local game content and reinstalled the game?
Have you restarted Steam to install any updates?
Have you run a virus scan to see if you have malware on your computer?
Have you set Steam.exe to run in Administrator mode?
