Aside from GladOS being slightly insane, I noticed a glitch in the Portal survival mode.
[Minor Spoiler Alert]
While working through Chamber 5 (with all the tubes), I was no longer able to press the dispenser button and receive any boxes. I mean, the box dispenser was lit up like it would dispense something, but jumping, crouching, stomping, etc wouldn't push the button. Not giving away anything, I missed by a hair, but it continued on, popped back into the holding tank, and the button never worked afterwards.

I couldn't see a way to die real easy, and there appears no way to save there. So, I basically had to exit out and restart the Portal mod from the beginning (Chamber 1).
