Goleyeath achievements not unlocking

I just finished the game on normal and did not have the Goleyeath achievement unlock. Not a big deal, just though you should know.

Also, awesome game. This has kept me from doing my work for multiple days now, and may still for a while. It is a simple concept, but very well implemented with lots of nice visual flair (all the particles, and I really like the tail/ship selection stuff) and excellent level design. Over all, well done.

Upon doing some searching, the issue may just be issues with the steam achievement servers. At the moment the global achievement stats for Nimbus, as well as every other game I just checked (Portal, HL2:Ep1, Super Meat Boy...) are all not working correctly.

Upon starting the game today I got all the achievements that I was missing. Global achievement stats are still down, so it looks like Valve is still doing some work on the back end, but this seems to have been resolved.
