As an aside, can someone with a working crossfire setup on Win7x64 post their dxdiag data so I can do a comparison?

Also may try renaming C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\shadow harvest\PhysXLoader.dll to PhysXLoader.dll.old

Renaming PhysXLoader.dll just makes the game crash to desktop upon starting a new game or loading a game for me.

I just make PhysX use my CPU instead of GPU in my Nvidia Control Panel.
Doing only that increased my FPS from 20 to 60 :l

Am I the only one who thinks PhysX is just a big waste?
I think I'm going to not bother using GPU as PhysX with anything anymore, let alone even using it. Not worth it.

Yup, shiz like this is why I will never give Nvidia my money ever again. Ironically, my mind might change should they decide to open things up so that ATI can emulate or another processor core can to reduce this type of issue.

yep PhysX is a bloated crap, and only gave people problems and bad performance.
I hope that every developer will be using either the free Bullet Physics Engine or Havoc, but nvidia is paying a lot them to use their crap, and you know how's that tempting...
