http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/computer_series.do?storeName=computer_store&category=notebooks&series_name=dm1z_series

i think the graphics is good, not over the top, but good.

what i mainly need is a laptop that doesnt lag AT ALL in maps, even if i have to put all settings on low, which what im used to anyways, thanks to my netbook.

i dont need a gaming machine, but i dont need a 10 fps netbook ethier, any opinions or other cheap laptops?

thanks drachenpanzer, but a bit on the expensive side :)

look at this one, it has a nivida ion 2 with512 mb of dedicated memory, but what makes it confusing is THAT ITS A NETBOOK! 500 dollars, its atom prosessor is duel core, so the question is, is it a netbook or a laptop?

Why would you want to game on a laptop. Seriously it is just a waste of money.

no its not for games, i would be mostly be using it for websurfing, but the capability for a bit of gmod would be nice, which is why all these laptops are under 600 dollars, i dont need a gaming machine, just an stronger all around laptop. i started my search since my netbook is getting old, to show you what i mean, the batery life is now only 30 seconds ( yes, i counted :) )

EDIT: scracth that, now the battery life is .5 seconds
