Won't Even Start

I press play, it says if I should allow the file to run the game. I press yes,, i brings up

[Performing first time setup...]
[Installing: (step of) ]

then disappears and does nothing.

before it asked the same thing then it said Darkest of Days had stopped working.

Any help?
