Graphics card crash

My video card keeps cutting out on this game. I have a GTX 275 and it shouldn't be having issues with something of this level.

Any tips out there? I'm going to try lowering my graphics (again), but it didn't help before.

Have you overclocked it?

Overall my PC is overclocked (didn't feel like building my own this time so I got it from a custom shop). I do believe my CPU only is overclocked.

It's odd because I've had issues like this with some games, but then I won't with other very graphics intensive ones. I don't have a drop in framerate at all (and it's very smooth so I have a good framerate to begin with). It just goes dark and then pops back up.
