Hi,
I have both a Razer mouse and keyboard, a Razer Naga mouse and a Razer Lycosa keyboard, problem is. I don't have a spare mouse or a keyboard, I cannot take this sh*t, why the f*ck did VALVe do this? Marketing I guess or something like that.
I NEED THIS ONE LAST FREAKING POTATO, BUT NO, I GOTTA DO IT THE HARD WAY.
Please direct me to the god damn correct tools and the exact DLL I should use :o. If I don't get my last potato I am going to go ballistic, I didn't waste my 4 days for nothing.
Thank you very much.
Edit: I did have a Logitech G15 keyboard, too bad it doesn't work, I swear...

Download this if you don't have Razer hardware:http://www.mediafire.com/?n6bzr3sx4c4v16f
Start up Kick It to the main menu, then run the RemoteDLL program (be sure to read the readme). If done right, you should get the alternate page immediately, without having to play the Alive and Kicking level. Note that this method uses a DLL injector, virus scanners may give warnings or block this program.
Players using the Razer Lycosa keyboard have reported issues with the both the 100% alive and kicking, and the hardware potatoes. After respectively having completed each task seen here the same audio file of GLaDOS saying "There are no peanuts or seed allowed near Australia." Additionally only one potato is awarded. This issue can be resolved by using a separate computer without Razer hardware for the 100% potato.

I have a razer mamba, but when I load it up I do not get a message or anything. Am I missing something? I went to my profile, no potato.

Yep sadly I have the misfortune of saying I'd get all the potatos legit. (Rant warning) I dont understand why the 1 2 3 kick potatos have to have these hardware restrictions its the only game that has it and really it just seems really really stupid. I mean look at some of the other games in the pack. The challenges you have to do all have something to do in the games Super meat boy: die 11 times in level 19 world 4
Wounderful end of the world: get A+ on the two secret level
etc
It just they could come up with something else for the other potato like say opening the door in killing floor apature map
it even has a potato related achievement!
But no instead its own a razer thing or no potato for you :p and vice versa(rant ended)
oh well guess I have to play the game for the game like a normal person now:)

I think each game dev set the potato requirements for their game.
Which leads me to conclude that Dejobaan are trolls. They explicitly set unnaturally difficult (and in this case, impossible without hacking a little) conditions in all three of their games.

True alot of the challenges for there game are tricky the thing is they are still obtainable without having to use hacks or anything just really tricky except ofcourse except for the whole razer/non razer gear one

Hey guys,
We'd meant this to be a way to get clues and other info out using Razer devices as a vector. During the ARG, people seemed to enjoy getting different bits of the puzzle, and were spreading them around...
> why the f*ck did VALVe do this?
After the ARG ended, Valve looked at the handful of folks who had all the games plus the Razer stuff, and wanted to offer an extra gift to them. It was because we chose to give the clues out to different groups that it worked out that way.
We intended it to be fun, and it turned out not to be, and I apologize for that. My bad; please don't hate Valve. :(
