Accessed content DLC

A new DLC called 'The Ball Accessed Content' was downloaded right after I finished the new Portal level and exited the game. The update was about 13MB large. It couldn't have been the Portal levels, because as I said, I finished them before the download started, so what does this 'Accessed Content' actually include?

The 'Accessed Content' is part of the Portal 2 ARG. It is a file named "herobirthy.ear" which is actually a password-protected ZIP file. It contains some Portal 2-related artwork and a piece of another archive that was used to solve some other ARG puzzles.
