i wanted to know if you guys think i could run portal 2 on my laptop

i could run lfd2 and bfbc2 on low
and tf2 on low but 1024x res


my specs

AMD V120 Processor(singlecore) 2.2
2 GB Ram
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 (890 Mb)

i Have nO Money to buy a New Comp:o:o

its says am not able to run lfd2 but i run it well in lowest some for bfbc2

What's the reason it says that you can't run it?

If your graphics card has an X but all the graphics components have a check (shader 2.0, etc.) you'll be able to run it fine.
