Finished everything and just going back over the achievements.

Looking for Test Chamber 10.

Also is the Final Transmission achievement broken ? I think I found it on my first play through, but nothing happened. Is it a look at an object achievement or a find a location achievement ?

For the "Final Transmission" achievement, you need to take the radio into the Rattman den in the level.
