I don't see the issue with DRM.

The only way it would restrict you, at all, is if you plan on installing more than five times a month.

But you need to remember that with ANY DRM, complaints will follow.

Yeah and also, who cares if you have to be constantly online? You have to do that anyways with Steam.

You don't have to be, just so you know. GFWL has an offline mode, just like Steam does.
