Okay, I don't know if it's like this for you guys, but when I play this game, it is really loud. Like ear-piercingly loud. So I turned all the sounds to zero. Apparently turning the sound to zero doesn't mute it, it simply lowers it from OHMYGODLOUD to just LOUD AS HELL.

Is there some kind of command I can put in the shortcut to make the game start without sound whatsoever? Or something I can change in the .ini files? Please help.

P.S. Muting my PC sound isn't an option because what I want is to be able to talk to my friends while playing this game. Also I have Windows Vista, not Windows 7.

I got the same problem to. It seems the game can't handle some soundsettings under windows, so in my case it play all sounds from the complete map no matter where i am. the only thing i found to stop this, that i set my speakers to 5.1 und uses a 5.1 headset. if there is any other solution i would be happy.

Turning the audio option to "surround" in the game settings menu fixed the sound glitches for me.

You should try to use Windows's mixer to reduce Bully's sound. Right click on the control volume to access it. It could help.
