"General Error" Cant activate serial number

So, I bought Aion, downloaded it (which took far, far, far too long), installed it, then updated it, and created my ncsoft account.

I have logged into the ncsoft site, entered the cd code on the ncsoft website and was directed to the pay options page, which I wasn't expecting as I had bought the game and assumed I would get some play time included, so I went back to my account page to see if the game was in my Game Accounts page, which it wasn't.

How do I get to the page to set up payments?? When I enter the cd code now, it is invalid... so does not take me back there.

Am I the only one dumb enough to pay for this game???

No, but if you have not already junked the game, you need to right click and click on the "manage game account..." option. That should take you to the NCsoft web sight. There you type in your account name and it connects the account to your steam account, the web key is pretty much worthless. I hope this helps you, how ever belated it may be.
