So if I play this on Steam and my Steam Nickname is "OMG I'm Tired!!!"

Would my character in game be "OMG I'm Tired!!!" or do we get to name our characters?

If we get to name our characters, will we be limited to names available.

So if I name my character "Twiggy" then nobody else will be able to name their character, "Twiggy"?

Thx.

If it's using Steamworks. I think it's going to mimic whatever your community nickname is.

I believe characters are stored locally on the client's machine; therefor i see no reason why we shouldnt be able to name our characters whatever we want...

You mean like [INPUT PLAYER NAME]: ASDFGHJKL ?

Maybe, maybe not. Like DTKT said, Brink does use Steamworks. Only time will tell I guess.

But you can have more than one character in Brink. So I would think you'd have to be able to name them, at least for you, maybe in game it would still list your steam name.

You can have 16 characters, and YOU control them, thus all will be named after your steam nick...
