My point is, that its just a scam to offer different levels depending on where you preorder it. Its a pretty stupid idea if you think about it, it encourages people to just download the game and get all dlcs.

or they do what others have done and your pre-order one is a Free dlc and the others can be bought for 3.99 or something.
