With fire & sword not pre-loadable?

I've just bought the game. Immediately after accepting the payment options, the option to allow me to install the game does not work. I clicked on it multiple times with no effect.

I have received the verification e-mail, and I see the game in my library, though without the option to install it.

Is this because it is not a pre-loadable game? Will I just have to wait a couple of hours for it to be released, or should I contact support?

I dont think pre-load matters much, the game isnt even over 1GB big.

I'd agree normally but I'm on the worst possible service AT&T can provide so it'll still take me a good few hours after it releases for me to download it. While not a big deal, a Pre-Load would of been appreciated. :)
