I´m from (middleEUropean) Czech Republic - so it would cost unnecessarily more (in overprised euros) in my region to be the "Chosen one" - and (on the contrary) a user with ´dollar currency driven steam account´ would be obviously in much superiorly convenient position for everybody involved..

So I ask, is there some suitable ´hero´(in?) willing to take on this leading part?
