So, I buy Battlefield 2 because Bad Company 2 had that sound hard lockup problem - I figure I'll go back to basics, back to the game of my youth, to avoid the seemingly unfixable problem of the sound loop lockup of BC2
Now, when I play BF2, it gives me a solid minute or two of gameplay, and then it starts to LUDICROUSLY chug with a few noises looping, and then it just full locks up with looping sound. What gives?
And, I've tried changing sound from software to hardware, to no effect.
