The answer to the title is NO. This is NOT a game for ANYONE, this is NOT a good game AT ALL. It glitches all the time, I can see through the world, I get stuck inside monsters, some monsters wont even DIE so I can't go on. This game must be the worst game I've ever played. And don't even get me started about the camera controls. I have no idea how steam even wanted to release this ♥♥♥♥.
Summery: DON'T BUY THIS GAME, it wouldn't even be worth the time if it was free. Worst game ever.

Yeah well I haven't played all the games in the world, obviously :D But as I said before, don't buy this, lazy developers can't even make a proper game, almost feels like they just release it to earn money and don't care about the content or anything. I mean THAT many bugs/glitches is just laughable.

Wow, someone else played Druuna. It wasn't thaaaat bad. No, wait, yeah it was.
This game is not bad for an Indie Team. Seriously, I've seen far worse come from full development houses with far more money. And, seriously, it was like, what? $12? For 3-5 hours of game time, that's not too shabby. It has it's problems, but then again, they're not backed with million dollar coffers either. Give it a chance. It definitely has potential.

It might not be as polished as a big studio title, I'll give you that, but it does show a load of potential. I think it's a proper game, though some tweaks would've made it great.
So YES, buy this title, if you're a fan of action titles.

I don't know what the fuss is. It surely can't be as bad as you make it.
I'll be buying the game to check it out and since I come from an iranian background, this got my attention when it was first announced.
I'll be avoiding reviews and opinions until I can pass my own judgement. As a programmer, I'd also like to see how the iranians do it considering that they had a limited numbers of tool they could work with while guys like me have access to commercial products.

To me its not how bad it is per say but the fact that games like these are so hard to distinguish from ones that actualy have a budget/talent. This game should be about in the five to nine dollar range. Stupidly though they charge more then a song for something that can't equate. In thee end thats what will hang'em.

Nothing a patch won't fix.

I have only played about 45 minutes so far.
I have not encountered any of the issues you have.
I think the artwork is great, really dig the monsters and environment. Some of the shading is a bit jaggy, but that's the worst of it visually imo. And there has been a little lagginess, but not game effecting.
The camera is very much like God of War. Though I only played the first and it has been awhile. Just comes with the terrain. Everything I have read compares it to that game so if you have played that one you gotta expect this type of camera.
The biggest issue I had was when I got to the first double jump gap. But didn't recall seeing double-jump in the tuts. But then remembers I had read a review that said he could dj. Problem solved.
Sure it might not be high-budget all glamour, but I think for an indie team it seems pretty solid so far.

It's cheap, it's fun.
Worth going through at least once.
