This might be suggested before, but still.

Other game networks like GFWL and Xbox Live (maybe PSN too) have a gamerscore. That is based on the achievements tha gamer has unlocked.

Since Steam has achievements too, it would be imho a good idea to introduce the gamerscore to Steam. A small but fun addition to Steam.

For everything else GFWL and Xbox Live suck monkeyballs.

And having alot of games with achievements that are as easy as taking a dump will increase your playerscore. Not to mention people will see it as a status symbol, EVEN more than TF2 hats.
