I preordered the Witcher 2 the second I saw it available, months ago.

I didnt know I'd get tf2 items. It never came up.

Now, the "second" time I suppose, with the witcher 2 coming up for preorder (I guess it was removed and put back on, or something? It's odd to me. I'm not sure whats up.), I'm wondering if I'll get the promo items or not.

I probably will, but I wanna be certain.

Yeah, that happens a lot. As long as you own the game on Steam before it gets released you'll get the promo items.

It doesn't, but new tf2 items have been added. These are for Witcher's release, it's more than obvious.
