Pikcing up a 6970 this morning.

Will my computer, a phenom x4 965 @ 4ghz, 4 gigs of ram, and a amd 6970 be able to play this game with everything turned all the way up at 1920x1200?

no ..that is "yes" but not with ubersampling.

That was strictly meant for sli/cross thingy cards.

6970 should do just fine, but yea the UBER sampling thing is a no go , unless y had two of em

op - i have your same specs except for the gpu, i saw that on sale at tigerdirect this morning...i'm tempted!

Ubersampling renders the scene a couple of times as a form of uber amazing AA/texture filter that completely erases aliasing. It'll look very nice but is obviously very demanding.
