demo: "this game is currently unavailable"

As the title says, steam just spits that not-so-helpful message at me when i launch the demo. Some googling showed me i need the ms xna or something, went into the app's dependencies folder and launched it again. Even after repairing it, then uninstalling and reinstalling, i'm still getting this.

Anyone know a fix? :p

It sounds like Steam didn't fully get the demo, I would say try just reinstalling Steam
