Thought I could be first to complain.
Give me:
SDK to allow thrird party mods
Maps downloadable from servers
VAC or some anti-cheat, stopping pirated versions is a step in the right direction, but still far from what is needed.

I will be on CZ until they start giving some help to Source admins.

I did get my scoutzknivez though!
