How do you reset controlls

I tryed changing the Controls and i moved my mouse and now all my Controls are Controled by moving mouse any 1 know how to reset this???

Could you or anyone looking post how you resolved this issue? I accidentally messed up my key bindings and now I can't access the pause menu. I have tried every key on my keyboard to make sure it wasn't accidentally reassigned but no luck. Anyone have any ideas? I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and no dice. Is there maybe a file in the game directory I can delete and replace?
