I finally decided to play this game after having it sit in my library untouched forever. My problem is that for some reason it does not seem to want to let me change my resolution. When I go into the options menu, change the resolution and apply it, it acts like it's changing it, showing the desktop real quick at the correct resolution then going back to the game, but when it goes back, the screen is completely black and doesn't accept any inputs. It sits like that for a second or two, then reverts back to the default 800x600. Except that even when it reverts back, the screen is completely black. It will then accept inputs, but the only way I can see again is to force close it and restart with the resolution still at 800x600.
I'm trying to get it to run at 1600x900, the native resolution of my laptop, but it won't work for any other resolutions. This is the only game I've run into the issue with yet, so I don't know what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated so I can play this game at a decent resolution.
EDIT: Nevermind, resetting to defaults through the launcher actually set it to 1600x900, so it's working now. I don't know what the issue was, but it works now.
