Hello, is there any way to activate my retail version on Steam? by using my multiplayer key? (TM United)

I do not think that is possible, sorry. Only steamworks games can have retail copies be registered.
You can add any retail game to your games list by going to "add a game" in the corner and clicking on add non-steam game. It will not give you your time played or a link to the news feed, but it will be in your list of games.

LOL, I bet Valve likes the sound of that.
It is unrealistic to expect your retail games to activate on Steam. It is not as if you can buy a game from steam and register it at another website (with the exception of some EA games being able to be activated with the EADM client program.) If it was a steamworks game that would be another thing since all you need is the product key, and then you can download it in Steam. But as I said earlier, you can still have your retail games in steam. You just lack steam features like the pretty grid icons.
