How do I gift my second copy?

Embarassingly, I don't know how to gift my second copy.

In the old days, I'm sure there was a column in the library that told you when you had a spare copy to gift- but I can't find it now.

I've looked at:

- The library, including all headers
- The FS store page
- View Game CD Key
- View DLC
- Properties
- Tried a forum search

...No luck.

P.S. If people can stop replying to the "can I have someone's spare copy" threads- hopefully they'll die quicker.

As far as I know, you have to click on (in the Steam Client) the "Games" tab in the upper left of the client window and click on "manage gifts and guest passes" from there. Whenever I had a spare copy of a game or a guest pass to give out, they would always appear there. I'm assuming it will still be the case here.

Not on the steam version. As noted above, it can be done from steam itself - no need to launch the game.

I dont see anything under Manage gifts and guest passes besides my coal and other things I have won... Where else can I look?
