Change refresh rate

Has anyone figured a way to change the refresh rate?

Its locked at 60hz - I am running 120Hz LCD, forced it through nVidai control panel but it makes no difference.

Can't find an option for it in the games config file either..

Why - what's the hassle with 60hz for this game... assuming you are running fullscreen?

Smoother is better if your eyes can notice the difference.

I also have a 120Hz panel and would like to know how to change the game's refresh.

Might not be possible. There's some game's that have their speed based somehow on the refresh rate and changing it causes them to run at crazy speeds.

I hope it's not the case here.

Actually, I have 120Hz. The game won't run smoother with a refresh rate of 120Hz as opposed to 60Hz but in any case my monitor's refresh rate is still 120Hz when I run the game. - It has nothing to do with the framerate. The refresh rate is NOT the framerate of the game.

I think you guys mean the frame rate is capped at 60fps. I doubt very seriously that you'd spot any improvement even if the game ran at 120fps - You are assuming there is way more animation in this title than there actually is.

You are right. The refresh rate is not the problem, its the FPS capped.

But whether you think there is an improvement over 60FPS is not the point. I asked for a solution to my question, not initiate a debate about the advantages and disadvantages of having a higher frame rate in a game like this.

If you don't have a solution then don't reply.
