View Full Version : Run In A Window
Does anyone know if there is anyway that makes it possible to run this game in a window? It's rather frustrating as there is no options for this. May sound silly but I actually run everything in a window, even FPS. Feels odd full screen, and its easier to multi-task.

Nope, it doesn't work in a window. It's a feature to consider a "go" with a patch. thx
Wow, that would be great. Thanks for the quick response and support.

Nope, the last patch was fixing achievements issue and window-mode won't be supported :(
but as you can see, the game is updated with patches from time to time and we hope to expand it with fresh ideas ;)

When you guys implement windowed mode, please also try to implement an option for borderless aka "fullscreen" windowed mode as well. Thanks for the great game!

I can't stand not having windowed mode. :/

Any news on the Windowed mode? I just got this with the latest Humble Bundle and no windowed mode is kind of a deal breaker for me.

Same as above. I haven't played a game fullscreen for at least 8 years, not bothered about starting again now. On the upside the intro video is pretty awesome.
e: managed to play a few minutes before it got annoying, gonna hold out and hope for an update :[

I guess there is something about Windowed Mode that I don't understand, because I don't see why it is difficult to implement. It's also strange, because many budget/indie games are often windowed by default.

I don't think it's "difficult" to implement, it's just not a priority for some developers when compared to bug fixes and extra content they can sell.
It's sort of a deal breaker for me too. I mean, it's a great game, but I have lots of games to play, and if I can't play in a window, that's one strike against it when I'm deciding what play, and also which devs to support in the future.

This is a deal breaker for me, too. I haven't actually played the game yet because I hate having something take up the entire screen.
It shouldn't be terribly hard to implement, and if I knew I wouldn't be able to play windowed then I probably wouldn't have purchased the game to begin with...

Nope, we won't be doing this. In our future projects, window mode is a must, but in this one we're not going to do this as it would take time we need for development of new stuff.
Peace.
This is disappointing, especially since windowed mode had apparently been semi-promised at release. I wish I had checked the forum before buying the game. Well, €2.50 is a small price for the lesson.
