I recently pre ordered dungeon siege 3 and got the first 2 games, I started playing the first game and it worked fine, I got up to the ice caves with the wizard at the end i saved the game and turned my laptop off the next time i tryed to play the game it would start fine then when i picked my saved game the "preparing world" bar would get to the end and the game music would start then i get a black screen and a box comes up saying "gathering exception data" i thought it might be my save so tryed to start a new game but that wont work either any surgestions? thanks.
