unable to find local games

hi guys , ive recently got the dlc. after that i could never find a local game unless i joined a friend. is ther something wrong with my search engine ???

Nope. Your problem is you bought the DLC so the search pool has been downgraded significantly. I made the same mistake.

FACT:

HAVING DLC gives MORE games, NOT less, it just puts PRIORITY on the DLC. People need to STOP repeating ♥♥♥♥ some 12 year old said because he was stupid and didn't know better.

Go check your disc - if you HAVE the playlists, it looks for them, you have MORE playlists when you have DLC.

People without can connect ONLY to that tiny little portion. People WITH can connect to those with AND without.

And before any confusion: I mean in SEARCH FOR GAME, NOT partying up.

If you HAVE the DLC you are NOT limited. You are ONLY limited when you do NOT have DLC, so stop lying about it (knowingly or not) just so non-dlc people can still have games - that's the whole reason the bull ♥♥♥♥ RUMOR exists, so the people who are negative about the game and refuse to buy DLC still have people to play with... Those days are numbered more and more.

Now, as for the problem.

JOIN on a friend ALREADY PLAYING A GAME.

Stay until the end.

I don't think IWNet pairs people who spent money on the dlc with hosts that don't have it, but okay.

Just because they don't show up often doesn't mean that they aren't in the rotation. Some maps are more likely to show up than others, that has been common knowledge for a very long time.

THANK YOU! People with reason or at LEAST experience rarely ever speak up.

I used to believe the same thing, about being separate.

Until one day in game, I was having the discussion, which turned into an argument, and then the third party settled it - who happened to be host - without packs - in Free For All (NO parties) while the two of us who were arguing had both packs.

I don't blame people for believing it, especially people with the "can't find games again until I join another in progress session" crowd, but it's true: It puts a priority on the DLC packs, but if it can't find games for you with them, it will find games for you without them.

It's not limited, it is unlimited, to have both packs, and there is just enough people on and with them to rarely ever fall back to people with less maps.

I've had it since like right after it came out personally, and I've had the packs since they came out.

Remember when they first came out, there were extra playlist options at the bottom of the menu, and then they got mixed in later?
