dark athena drm ...bah

hi guys, bought dark athena:confused: but when i come to play steam gives me a drm password or code, but when i enter the code to play i get a window telling me i have an unexpected error. anyone have any ideas?

Bought it months ago and its still broke :( This is the only game so far that tech support hasn't fixed as far as I know.
