Q: When I start the game there is no sound.
A: Go to the control panel, choose Sound. Under the Playback tab, left click your speakers and choose properties. In speaker properties choose the advanced tab. There you can change your sample rate. Change the sample rate to 24 bit, 48000 Hz (studio quality) and then click apply. Now you have sound.

Hi PurSpyk!! This happened for one user, so we thought we should add it in the forum if it would occur for someone else.

Well this fixed my sound problem, but I prefer to have my sound settings on the highest ie 24bit, 192000Hz

Thanks for the post as this was my problem too. It seems like an unfortunate thing to have to do since now I have to remember to restore my sound setting anytime I play Hamilton.

Amazing that this still is not fixed, only game out of 200 isntalled that has to have the sound changed. Surely it cannot be that difficult, or at least tell us if this will be even looked into.

The lack of any offical news is worrying, is this game even still supported? Is this bug even being looked into?? I support the small developers but this lack of customer feedback is why I wonder if my money would be better spent elsewhere.

Its amazing, 300 games in Steam and this is the only game that needs to have the sound settings turned down to work. The develoeprs have also stated that there are no plan to fix. Took Krater of my to buy list, drop paying customers, will never support this developer again.
