YES!

I mean it's pretty easily done anyway - the whole damn interface is CSS, which is fantastic, but it's an utter pain to go trawling through lines of code to find the right values to alter. The dev mode helps with this to a certain extent, but it's such a basic thing (as with many features wanted by the community and ignored by Valve) that you'd think it would have been there from th start.
