As a long time owner of World of Goo (both on PC and Wii), I can say a definite YES!

One of the best Indie games on steam, so yeah it's well worth it.

Brilliant design loaded with gameplay depth, varied levels sporting wide-ranging objectives and different types of goo. Quirky, surreal sense of humor, fantastic atmospheric soundtrack.

It's easily worth $10. This is one of the first games that made "indie" cool and more mainstream. At least by my perception, however foggy it may be.

This game was part of the second humble bundle. I paid $5 for it along with few other great games. And the humble bundle is redeemable on Steam :) (For those who bought the HB, the Steam code is in your downloads page where you download the games after you donate. I still have a link and receipt from the HBs in my email program and it is still showing me my steam code.

So... I took that leap of faith...
Game was looking pretty fun, nice way to kill time... certainly not bad...
... BUT THEN....
... that tower building with spare goo's, competing with other ppl's clouds...

Yes, the game can work in Spanish. You need to download "GooTool", and then you can change the language settings.
Or, If you do not wish to download gootool, just go to WorldOfGoo\properties\config.txt , and change the:
param name="language" value="en"
to:
param name="language" value="es"

Okay, here is the deal - this game is localized into just about every language ever, but you need a special tool to convert the files into your desired language. You can get it here from the official World of Goo site: http://goofans.com/download/utility/gootool (http://goofans.com/download/utility/gootool)
Upon running this tool, go to the options tab and choose the language and resolution you want, and on the bottom left, choose a location for the localized game - it must be a different new directory. It will create a localized copy.
Unfortunately, I suspect that it throws Steam overlay off track. But it IS localized, including to Spanish of course.

Is it worth $5.00? No. Absolutely not. Not even close.
I would say $25.00 would be much more appropriate.
