Collateral Damage objective/achievement broken

As the title says.
I made a video to show that it is not working.
However, as usual it isn't that easy to proof something NOT working.

Also someone flagged this as broken before I bought the game:

It seems one of the updates broke it, because it was working before and now isn't anymore.

This issue have already reported at Apr 28th.

Thanks for the bug report! That achievement is broken at the moment and will be fixed in the next pack.
