"Die in a fire" achievement not unlocking

I've lost loads of units to rockets so far, in both single player and multiplayer, and this achievement still hasn't unlocked for me.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I have the same issue. Is there something special you need to unlock this, or is it somewhat bugged ?

You know whats really weird, I specifically remember this achievement unlocking as my workmate always says this line & it made me laugh..lol..

However, it's not unlocked in my steam stats. Must be some sort of bug.

The one where you lose a singleplayer mission won't unlock for me as well. And Tinkering (change map generation settings). Plus constant crashes when I want to leave the game or simply while playing. It's a beta at best.
