problems opening Dwarfs!?

I just bought this game and can't play it I have all the requirements to run it but when I click it it says its opening it but then it says that its not responding so I put it on another comp same problem and put on another comp all meet the requirements plzz help!

This sound like an dependencie problem. that you are missing xna or .net. Have you looked at the sticky above this post with start up problems and there solution ?
