How do I get to the 'extra' levels?

Stupid question maybe, but I can't seem to figure out how to get to the levels that don't have blue lines connecting them.

In the first world I have solved all the levels, and found all the coins except for the one on the last level, that one is a pain!

Do I need all the coins to open up the new levels? What am I missing?

Nevermind. Less than a minute after posting this I figured it out. Ha!

In levels next to bridges there is a second, harder to get to red-colored goal that opens up the bridge.

So far I have gotten to the first secret exit. I found the second, but couldn't get to it. Never even saw any of the others so far.

Damn, these are HARD. :)
