server is not responding~

yesterday I downloaded it and played, it was working fine.
today I entered it, and in the loading after choosing the character, it's full like 2/3 of the loading and then - "server is not responding" with timer that say how much time it been since the problem occur (in sec).
what can I do to fix this? thx.

The old "server not responding" issue is quite old and something that happens from time to time when the server is congested. Its nothing on your end. Either the server is being hammered hard (a f2p game on steam... yeah its being hammered) or theres an issue between you and the server.

Try choosing a low pop instance when leaving the powerhouse. If the issue keeps happening in all millennium city instances, take the jet to canada. Theres tons less people in canada and those zones are usually smoother because of it.

well I still couldn't start playing the game, i took my time to make my character but i can't get into the game, i think i reached 500 seconds with the server is not responding issue, and it never stops, i believe i will never see the game itself actually

I think i shouldnt be surprised, after all it was a free game
